Hey, I'm Sheri—a fellow coffee lover, adventure seeker, and mother of two. With a background in Biopsychology and a Master's in Counselling Psychology, I will blend academia with real-life experience to guide couples like you toward lasting transformation.
I've walked the path of challenges, relationships, and personal growth. I know the complexities and the joys. As your dedicated coach, I'm here to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical solutions, embracing the power of the Gottman Method.
Relationships can be tough, but they're worth the journey. Through the "Marriage Rescue Retreat," I'm committed to empowering you with the tools, insights, and support you need to reignite your connection, rebuild trust, and navigate the complexities of love.
If I have learned one thing from Sheri, it is that there is a solution to nearly every problem and there are few challenges that cannot be overcome. Her suggestions were invariably realistic and useful, easy to implement and worked very well.
I was especially impressed with the fact that when I had a problem that I considered trivial or even silly, something that I considered almost too embarrassing to mention, Sheri was always respectful of me and my feelings and took this difficulty as seriously as what I considered more legitimate problems. This made me feel very relaxed in her presence and able to confide in her fully.
I have had counselling several times in my life and have had some very good counselors. Sheri, however, is by far the best.
I just wanted to thank you for all you have done to help me find some peace. I’m not much use to anyone but if there’s ever any small thing I can help with please ask. I am forever in your debt for all you did to help me see things in a better light.
I am grateful we got to share some time together. Your cheerful attitude shines through and it will obviously take you far. You are a caring person and it shows. You were made for this kind of work!
